  1. What kind of pets do you allow?
    Cats and dogs (35 lbs. or less, full grown).
  2. Do you permit exotic pets?
    No.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    One time non-refundable pet fee of $400, nothing additional per month.
  4. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    As long as there are no damages to the apartment and it is in the same condition as it was received.
  5. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    You must request a job transfer clause prior to your move-in. Your job must be at least 50 miles+ and written verification from your employer would be requested.
  6. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Gas (heat and cooking) water, sewer, trash removal, lawn maintenance.
  7. How long is the term of the lease?
    You have a choice of a 6 month TO 12 month leases
  8. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes.
  9. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    Calling our office during normal business hours or leaving us a phone message after hours at 215-757-1840. We do, however, have an after-hours emergency number for residents to call which is 215-757-7616.
  10. When is my rent payment due?
    On the first of each month.
  11. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    After the 5th of any given month.
  12. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    If you pay your bills on-line and your bank issues us a check
  13. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    There is a mail slot at our Leasing Office to drop off your rent or any other correspondence.
  14. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    A visitor is permitted to stay up to 2 weeks.
  15. Do you have reserved parking?
    It is first come, first serve.
  16. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Unfortunately, motorcycles are not permitted.
  17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, as long as the number of persons living in your apartment does not exceed the limit, which is up to 2 persons in a one bedroom or one bedroom w/den and up to 4 persons in a 2 town home or 2 bedroom town home with a den.
  18. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Satellite dishes are not permitted to be attached to the building.
  19. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, Comcast or Verizon are the providers for the community.
  20. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    With the constant traffic in and out of our office, we cannot accept packages.
  21. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes.
  22. How is your property different from the competition?
    1. All utilities are included with the exception of personal electric usage (lights, computer, televisions, etc.), telephone and cable. 2. The personal attention to detail our office and maintenance personnel provide to make every resident "feel at home". 3. Voted "Best in Bucks". 4. Pet friendly with no additional monthly fees
  23. Do your prices change?
    Our pricing is based upon availability, features of the apartment and the market. Pricing is subject to change.
